You will join GT Motive as a Product Owner, with a primary mission to lead the delivery of project value by aligning stakeholder objectives with cross-functional collaboration, ensuring execution is timely, cost-effective, and well-structured.

Responsibilities

• Define and estimate product requirements in collaboration with team members.
• Maintain and prioritize the requirements list based on customer value.
• Plan and distribute requirements across iterations, coordinating delivery schedules with the team and area manager.
• Lead and participate in sprint planning, daily meetings, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Coordinate tasks to ensure product delivery meets scope, time, quality, and cost expectations.
• Provide clear and timely status updates to stakeholders and the area manager.
• Prepare documentation detailing product delivery content.
• Deliver training on new functionalities included in each release.
• Support cross-functional teams in resolving product-related issues.
• Work on the cloud-based version of the product.
• Identify gaps or needs within the team or project and propose solutions.
• Foster strong communication and alignment across teams.
• Manage high-pressure situations effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate in Application Development.
• C1 of Enlgish.
• At least two years of experience with REST services and Web applications.
• Proven experience managing development teams.
• Solid background in microservices architecture.
• Strong communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Experience participating in Agile/Scrum processes.
• Capacity to identify missing elements and propose solutions
