Key responsabilities:

  • Implement and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud & MC Account Engagement to manage all sales activities, including for customer data, sales opportunities and the sales pipeline (SPL), contract management and renewal, and ongoing customer management and communication. 
  • Support the integration of Salesforce into processes and systems from other departments, including customer service, marketing or finance, and other entities, including Allianz Partners. 
  • Develop standard reporting leveraging Salesforce for all levels of the sales organization, including the Chief Sales Officer of the Solvd Group, to create transparency and minimize a duplication of effort. 
  • Locate, catalogue and store (digitize) all customer contracts in Salesforce to ensure the ongoing cataloguing and storing of all customer contracts. 
  • Drive and manage the continuous development of Salesforce specifically for the Solvd Group, including managing a quarterly release process. 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of sales, sales controlling or sales operations (CRM) expeirence. 
  • Willingness to work within a complex international organization and to communicate and liaise with remote teams. 
  • Willingness to travel internationally. 
  • Fluency in English.
