Account Support Specialist (Sales Department)

Mission:
We're looking for a Sales Account Technician who will support and promote business growth in UK, ensuring the smooth onboarding of new customers and/or users of our tools.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and external clients to support business decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, particularly in the onboarding of new customers, ensuring all processes are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Configure platforms and tools, including setting up user accounts, defining business rules, and ensuring correct access, roles, and workflows for each customer within the assigned country.
- Manage customer documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and direct debit instructions.
- Update integrations and internal invoicing systems with new customer data to ensure alignment with contractual agreements.
- Organise and deliver training sessions and product demonstrations, both internally and for customers or partners.
- Support the coordination of internal events and initiatives in collaboration with the sales team.
- Qualify incoming leads and ensure they are properly routed and followed up by the sales team.
What You Bring:
- Previous work in a sales support position is preferred.
- Experience in sales and customer relations in english.
- Great level of English (both verbal and written)
- Experience with: Office 365, Power BI ( valuable).
